2. Description of Service

AI Dashboard is a personal AI command center that allows users to interact with multiple AI models through a unified interface. The Service provides features including but not limited to: multi-model chat, project management, memory storage, document analysis (RAG), and usage analytics.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI). Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never stored in plaintext. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your API keys are valid and have appropriate usage limits
• Any costs incurred through your API keys when using the Service
• Compliance with the terms of service of each third-party AI provider
• Revoking compromised keys through the respective provider

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or input through the Service, including chat messages, documents, and project data. The Service itself, including its design, code, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Buddiner and is protected by copyright law. All rights are reserved.

7. Data Handling

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
